2 tbsp. Ginger
1 Fresh Lemon
1 – 2 tsp. Honey
2 cups Boiling Water
You may grate the ginger or cut it into small slices. Bring water to a boil in a clean teapot or cooking pot and place it on the stove. Add ginger to the boiling water. Turn the burner onto a low temperature and allow 10 minutes for steeping. Strain the ginger from the liquid into a clean container. Pour the liquid into a porcelain or glass tea cup (best for flavor). Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the lemon juice into the ginger liquid per your desired taste. Add 1 tsp of honey as a flavorful, natural sweetener. Add more honey or lemon to bring to desired flavor.

4 cups Boiling/Hot Water
Begin by crushing the mint leaves with the back of a spoon to release the flavor (optional). Add blackberries, mint leaves and green tea (in tea ball/filter if loose) to the glass jar or pitcher. Pour in the hot water and stir. Allow the ingredients to steep for 10 – 15 minutes. Place the pitcher, with all ingredients, into the refrigerator to chill for 3 – 4 hours. The flavor and aroma enhances and is released during the chilling process. Add more or less fruit, honey or mint leaves to bring to desired taste.

Begin by making small incisions in the Red Dates. Soak the Red Dates and the Goji Berries in separate bowls or containers for at least 1 hour. Add brown/rock sugar according to desired taste and bring the mixture to a boil on medium heat. Cover the pot with the lid and allow boiling on low heat for 30 minutes. Serve hot for best results.
