Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Crispy Chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup Crispy Tomatoes (halved)
  • Handful Baby Spinach
  • 2 Romaine Lettuce Lettuce (wrapping)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup Hummus
  • 2 tbsp Kalamata Olives (quartered)
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and mix in all ingredients except hummus and lettuce leaves, stir well

  2. Put hummus over lettuce leaves, topping with the chickpea mixture

  3. Wrap it up and serve

  4. Enjoy!
