We offer a diverse selection of Premium handpicked teas imported directly from India. This is possible by partnering with a professional team of experienced tea connoisseurs dedicated to deliver you the best.
SHIPPING TEA FROM INDIA
Shipping rates are calculated according to the actual weight or volumetric weight of the package (whichever is higher). Prices are based on 1kg box packaging for shipping.
* All customers outside of India are charged for International Shipping.
~ Domestic (India) Customers –
INR 130 (2 working days delivery) for products that fall under 1 kg category.
~ International Customers –
USD 8 ($8) for products that fall under 1 kg category.
*** Note:
- 1 kg box will hold 1 kg or less teas packed in a single pouch. The shipping rate is USD 8 ($8).
- 1 kg box will hold five small tins containing 50 grams or less teas in each tin. The shipping rate is USD 8 ($8).
- 1 kg box will hold three big tins containing 100 grams or less teas in each tin. The shipping rate is USD 8 ($8).
- 1 kg box will hold 3 – 5 stand up pouches containing teas from 40 – 200 grams of teas in each stand up pouch. The shipping rate is USD 8 ($8).
Shipping rates from our courier are based on the weight of the entire package that can be shipped inside a 1 kg container. They are NOT established by the weight of the tea itself.
We work closely with our couriers to bring Servn’ Tea customers the fastest and most reliable delivery service possible.
Domestic Shipment (India): 2 working days (via Air).
International Shipment: 5 – 7 working days. Depending on Region, some international orders may require 1-2 days processing time.
Deliveries may be affected by Covid-19 pandemic/ lockdown situation and are subject to delays.
While our system may, sometimes, automatically generate a tracking ID, Servn’ Tea usually will only provide tracking information in the event that there’s a delay or an issue with shipping.
Currently, US residents should not incur any customs or import fees. Otherwise, custom fees are applicable as per the receiving country’s custom rules. All fees related to customs & duties to be borne by the customer.
Taxes
Our retail (online) rates are inclusive of any shipping taxes. However, all taxes imposed by customs are to be borne by the customers.
Because we can offer quality service through our own shipping methods and logistics management, all Servn’ Tea exclusive branded teas can be shipped all over the world!

Our teas are placed through a rigorous quality check prior to shipping and packaged to maintain freshness as well as the pure essence of the herbs and leaves throughout the delivery process. Flavor, Aroma, Purity...All there!
RETURNS
We provide 100% replacement guarantee for:
- Teas unconsumable due to damages during transit
- Wrong product sent
We require photo/video proof of the damaged/wrong teas within 4 hours of receiving the product for returns/replacement.
For returns requested without any valid reason, the customer needs to bear the re-shipment fees. The product must not be opened or tampered with to honor these return request types.
- Teas are unconsumable due to damages during transit
- Item is lost and never reached the customer
- Wrong product is sent
Refunds requested without any valid reason will be disregarded.
We require a photo/video proof of the damaged/wrong teas within 4 hours of receiving the product for returns/replacement. For returns requested without any valid reason, the customer needs to bear the re-shipment fees.
Servn’ Tea’s Shipping & Returns policy restricts the exchange of products once they have been processed and/or shipped.
